Shipping Policy

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse.

Delivery time

Standard delivery: 10 to 15 business days from dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing or public holidays.

Shipping cost

Delivery is free on all orders, to both the United Kingdom and Ireland.

Tracking

Every order is sent with tracking. If your tracking has not updated for more than 7 days, contact us at contact@domostyle.fr and we will investigate with the carrier.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your order has not arrived 30 days after dispatch, contact us and we will either resend it or refund you in full.

Wrong address

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for parcels delivered to an address entered incorrectly, though we will always try to help.
